AROMATICALLY.

  1. Diffusing is one of the easiest ways to enjoy the benefits of using Young Living essential oils aromatically. When you first begin diffusing essential oils use 2-3 drops. Diffusing lavender before bed is relaxing and calming to your entire body.
  2. Smelling the essential oil out of the bottle is another way to enjoy the oil. I often use Peppermint this way to get over my afternoon slump at work. It helps with mental focus and clarity. It is also energizing!
  3. Apply a few drops of essential to a cotton ball and place in your car vent during long trips. Peace and Calming is one of my favorites to use on family trips.
  4. You can use aromatically in your shower by adding a few drops away from the water stream to a hot shower. Eucalyptus is a great oil to use to open your sinus passages and help you to breathe easy.
  5. Diffuser jewelry is another way to enjoy essential oils all day long. Stress Away is a calming blend I like to use on my leather bracelet before going to work.
